The account for your inpatient procedure will be sent directly to the participating fund.

Except for Dr Karihaloo’s assistant surgeon this advice does not relate to services provided by other doctors, including radiologists, physicians, anaesthetists or pathologists, nor any other costs associated with your stay, e.g. accommodation, theatre fee, pharmacy or physiotherapy. It relates to the doctor”s fee only for in-patient services.
With regards to the anaesthetist’s fee the date for your operation has been allocated on a next list basis and these lists are shared by two groups of anaesthetists that the doctor uses, namely:
